For those who are visiting the Arizona for vacation it’s worth checking out the www.arizonaguide.com website. This website will explain lots about the state and what attractions and activities visitors will enjoy. You can request a free visitors guide from the site which is available in both print and digitally. This handy guide includes a full map of Arizona and lots of useful details and tips for visitors.

To find out pretty much anything you would want to know about driving in Arizona, special drivers plates, alerts about roadworks and lots more visit www.azdot.gov. The ‘rest area map’ is particularly useful for those visitors who intend to drive across a lot of the State. It shows all currently open, and park rest areas. Another great feature of this site is the traffic camera views. It currently shows 37 freeway corridors so you can check out the traffic levels before you take to the road.
Arizona Bike Week Rocks!
A must do activity for bikers visiting Arizona is the Arizona Bike Week. The festival actually lasts then days and there’s five days of pre-rally events that happen all over the state, and then five days of the Cyclefest. A bikers dream, not only will you enjoy the ‘open road’ but you’ll see the crowning of Miss Arizona Bike Week (bring your camera), there will be parties, poker and of course rides.
